Ron formed the Media FX Group (MFXG) in 2003 and added partner Zach Shore in 2005. The company has four departments which include website development (including hosting and online marketing/SEO), corporate events, print graphics, and digital signage. The Media FX Group has been hired to develop large new media projects throughtout North America.
Doreen currently works with ICBC on organizational wellness and change education including change management, conflict resolution, team dynamics, and leadership development. She has direct experience with coaching, team building, and has co-published research on conducting career conversations. Interested in alignment of business objectives and employee performance including governance planning, life/work balance, change management, coaching, team building, and leadership development.
